I believe that a deep, loving connection with yourself is the cornerstone for every relationship you create, in the bedroom and beyond.
So I’m here to help you transform your intimate relationship to yourself and to others.
This work matters deeply to me because everyone deserves to feel joyful and empowered in their sex and love lives - no matter where they begin.
MY STORY
I grew up in a religious, conservative family in Asia where the subject of sex was completely taboo. Determined to shed the shame and silence, I embarked on a transformative journey to heal and understand the dynamics of human connection.
CREDENTIALS THAT COUNT
I first started studying human sexuality at Stanford University, which laid the foundation for my work as an erotic writer and researcher.
I then gained valuable experience from running an adult boutique where the goal was to provide women with the tools and techniques to integrate pleasure into everyday life.
In 2019, I started my podcast Better in Bed, to create a safe space for open and honest conversations about sex and intimacy. Since then, it’s surpassed a million downloads and reaches listeners all over the world, helping to break down taboos and misconceptions.
Around the same time, I become a Board-certified sexologist and coach - a journey of growth and learning I continue to embrace. I’m committed to constantly upgrading my skills, ensuring that I provide well-informed, evidence-based and ethical guidance to anyone seeking my expertise.

What lights me up most is working with people who were underserved by their sex education and cultural upbringing.
There’s nothing more rewarding for me than helping someone break free from limiting beliefs and unlock the passionate connections and relationships they once thought were out of reach.
